We are looking for talented Brokers, who are excited about long-term opportunities, who currently work in the Secondary market, Residential or Commercial, and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role.
Freshers in the field with strong sales skills are welcome to apply.

• At least one year of Dubai Real Estate experience
• Certificates – RERA license desirable
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Additional languages are a great advantage

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to network
• Passionate, resourceful, and ready to hit the ground running
• Present the business with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Good time management and organization skills
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent – Using CRM
• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation
• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants
• Conducting viewings and follow-up.
• Negotiating offers and contracts
• Maintain regular contact with all clients
